Shipping & Delivery

We deliver within Switzerland and to EU countries.

Standard products (without customisation): 2–5 business days. Individually customised products (print/embroidery): 5–10 business days after design approval. Delivery times may be longer for larger orders.

Production only begins after the customer has approved the design.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information (where available).

Returns & Cancellations

Yes, standard products (without print or embroidery) can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and unused. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

No. All items with a logo, print or embroidery are excluded from exchanges and returns, in accordance with legislation on personalised products.

Please check the size chart before ordering. For personalised products, no returns are accepted in the case of incorrect sizing. The customer is responsible for the print data provided.

Defects & Refunds

If you receive a defective or incorrectly delivered item, we will offer a replacement or correction. Please contact us with a photo of the issue.

Refunds are processed after inspection of the goods, via the original payment method.
