Delivery area
We deliver throughout Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For deliveries to other European countries, please contact us directly.

Delivery times
In-stock items are shipped within 1–3 business days. Custom orders (embroidery, logo) require a production time of 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs
Standard shipping within Switzerland: CHF 7.90. Free shipping on orders over CHF 200. Bulk and corporate orders benefit from special shipping conditions.

Carrier
We ship via Swiss Post. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges

Return policy
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.

Personalised items
Custom aprons (embroidery, logo, engraving) cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return process
Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number. We will send you the return instructions. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or the error is on our part.
